Polish edition of a book by x. Dr. Paweł S. Gałuszka, which is also the author's doctoral thesis. This is the first publication in the series On the Paths of Truth, which will consist of further translations of publications exploring the thoughts of John Paul II on topics of both faith and culture.

In his publication, the author has followed the work of Wojtyła and Polish theologians on Humanæ vitæ and created a unique monograph. Divided into four parts, the book presents in turn: the history of the development of moral theology in Poland since the beginning of the 20th century, Karol Wojtyła's contribution to the development of moral theology - the personalist approach, the work of Poles on the preparation of Humanae vitae and the reception of the encyclical. The book also includes two important documents: The Cracow Memorial and Karol Wojtyła's letter to Paul VI.
