Pro Memoria, vol. XIV (1967)
Author: Stefan Cardinal Wyszynski
The presented volume of diaries contains Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski's notes from 1967, made after the celebration of the Millennium of the Baptism of Poland. Two years after the conclusion of the Second Vatican Council, Paul VI declared 1967 the Year of Faith. The reason for this decision was a concern to address the problems of the post-conciliar time, including the challenge of remaining faithful to the faith and its correct interpretation. On the pages of the Primate's diary there are frequent references to the conciliar reforms.
